Welcome to Kingman Park!
Triangle Park at the intersection of Oklahoma Ave NE, 21st St NE & D St NE
Kingman Park is a residential neighborhood in the northeast quadrant of Washington, DC composed mainly of brick town homes and a handful of small, multi-family buildings that were mostly built in the late 1920's-1940's; the boundary map of Kingman Park can be seen here. Surrounding neighborhoods include Trinidad to the North, Barney Circle to the South, and Capitol Hill and the H Street Corridor to the West. Recent development of the District's new streetcar line has created a lot of interest in this hidden gem of a neighborhood causing housing prices to increase.
