Kingman Park has an active civic association with many residents members of the Friends of Kingman Park. 
The "FOKP" meets monthly to discuss issues effecting the community and coordinates events and activities
 such as neighborhood yard sales and Thanksgiving Food Baskets.

In addition, the Kingman Park Blog keeps neighbors informed of the happenings in the neighborhood 
and as well as in the immediate surrounding areas.
